党的十八大提出“把立德树人作为教育的根本任务”，文章探讨了立德树人的内涵，深入剖析了高校档案在立德树人中的重要作用，从注重顶层设计，加强档案编研，总结育人经验，发挥高校档案馆（室）教育基地作用，加强档案文化建设和数字化建设等五个方面，重点阐述了高校档案加强建设，全方位服务于立德树人的途径。

The 18th National Congress of CPC advocates taking“fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people as the fundamental task of education”. This paper analyses the meaning of“fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people”, and probes deeper into the important role of university archives in cultivating students. The paper lays emphasis on the ways of strengthening the work of university archives to give a full service to“cultivating persons”mainly from the following five points:stressing top-level design, doing more work on compilation research, summarizing the gain and loss in cultivating students, allowing university archives to exhibit its role as the education base, and strengthening the work of archives culture and digitization.
