将股动脉垂直线定位法拍成视频，由科内高年资护士对低年资护士进行讲授及演示，低年资护士进行临床实践。培训后对16位低年资护士共观察96次穿刺操作，定位正确率100％，穿刺一次性成功率80.2％，与采用此方法之前的穿刺一次性成功率（45.1％）相比有明显提高，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。股动脉垂直线定位教学能提高低年资护士股动脉穿刺一次成功率。

Femoral artery vertical line positioning method was filmed and played for junior nurses by senior nurse who demon-strated at the same time .After being trained ,16 junior nurses were tested with puncture operation 96 times .The accuracy rate was 100% .Before using the method ,puncture success rate was 45 .1% and now it was 80 .2% .There was significant e statis-tical difference ( P<0 .05 ) .Femoral artery vertical orientation teaching method can increase the success rate of low seniority nurses femoral artery puncture .
