总结超声引导下聚桂醇硬化治疗子宫切口妊娠的护理配合。子宫切口妊娠患者，给予聚桂醇硬化子宫切口周围血管，术前予以完善心理护理及术前准备，术中密切观察与配合，当天或第二天行清宫处理。本组15例患者行清宫后未出现大出血情况，成功率100％。
총결초성인도하취계순경화치료자궁절구임신적호리배합。자궁절구임신환자，급여취계순경화자궁절구주위혈관，술전여이완선심리호리급술전준비，술중밀절관찰여배합，당천혹제이천행청궁처리。본조15례환자행청궁후미출현대출혈정황，성공솔100％。
To summarize the nursing measures of ultrasound guided lauromacrogol sclerosing treatment for uterine incision preg-nancy .Lauromacrogol was applied to hardening incision ,and psychological nursing was given ,and curettage was processed on the operation day .15 cases of curettage patients did not appear large hemorrhage ,and the success rate was 100% .
