探讨预见性护理措施在急诊危重患者院内转运过程中的临床应用效果。对照组202例采用传统的护理方法，观察组287例采用预见性护理措施。结果显示，观察组转运过程中意外事件发生率（2.44％）、临床纠纷发生率（1.39％）显著下降，平均转运时间（29.41±11.06）减少，转运较之对照组目的科室满意度（92.68％）显著提高（ P＜0.05）；预见性护理措施可有效减少转运意外事件和临床纠纷的发生，节约转运时间，增加目的科室的满意度。

탐토예견성호리조시재급진위중환자원내전운과정중적림상응용효과。대조조202례채용전통적호리방법，관찰조287례채용예견성호리조시。결과현시，관찰조전운과정중의외사건발생솔（2.44％）、림상규분발생솔（1.39％）현저하강，평균전운시간（29.41±11.06）감소，전운교지대조조목적과실만의도（92.68％）현저제고（ P＜0.05）；예견성호리조시가유효감소전운의외사건화림상규분적발생，절약전운시간，증가목적과실적만의도。
To explore the clinical efficacy of predictive nursing measures in intra - hospital transport of critical patients .The control group ,202 cases ,were received traditional methods of care in hospital transfer process and observation group ,287 cas-es ,were received a series of nursing care measures in hospital transfer process .Compared with the control group ,accidents rate (2 .44% ) and the incidence of clinical disputes (1 .39% ) in observation group were significantly lower .The average transit time (29 .41 ± 11 .06 ) was shorter and transit purposes department satisfaction (92 .68% ) was significantly higher ( P <0 . 05 ) .The application of predictive nursing measures can effectively reduce transportation accidents and the incidence of clinical disputes ,save transit time and increase the purpose of the department’s satisfaction .
