目的：应用改良的早期预警评分系统（MEWS ）对内科急诊患者病情及预后进行评估，有针对性地实施护理。方法：将2012年3-12月内科急诊留观以上处置的824例患者进行MEWS评分，据此制定相应的护理计划，以便根据病情危重程度实施不同的护理，并将MEWS评分与病情转归进行比较和分析。结果：MEWS 4分以下急诊留观587例，仅予一般急诊护理；5～9分153例，病情危重，急诊治疗期间实施一级护理，经救护后转入专科病房；10分以上84例，死亡危险性明显增加，实施特别护理，急诊救护后绝大多数患者入ICU进行监护。结论：MEWS将急诊患者病情分值化，使护士制定护理计划依据更充分，急诊护理个性化更强，从而提升了急诊护理效果。

Applying the Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS ) to evaluate the state of an illness and prognosis of emergency patient of internal medicine , thus implement nursing with pertinence . [Method ] 824 patients were scored with MEWS ,who remained in hospital under observation during Mar -Dec ,2012 .Nursing schemes were established according to the scores to imply different nursing with the degrees of emergency .The scores of MEWS and outcomes of state of illness were compared and analyzed .[Result] 587 patients whose scores were below 4 points were treated with ordinary emergency treat-ment .153 patients whose scores were between 5-9 points were identified as critically ill and treated with nursing of first de-gree .They were transferred to specialist ward after rescuing .84 patients whose scores were above 10 points who were facing high risk of death ,therefore special nursing was implemented .Most of them were transferred to ICU under monitoring after res-cuing .[Conclusion] MEWS differentiates the emergency patients’ illness state by scoring ,and enables them to establish more sufficient nursing plan and apply more personalized emergency treatment to advance effect of emergency treatment .
