实现伟大的中国梦是一个具体、现实、长期的过程，归根到底离不开广大劳动者的辛勤劳动和创造力量。当前社会条件下，全社会形成尊重劳动和实现中国梦的共识存在着主客观制约因素，需要社会各个层面形成一个合力，最终实现习近平所提的“三个共享”，实现美好的中国梦。
