大学选修课的开设和自主选择，拓宽了大学生知识领域，同时具有提前进行专业学习的优势。综合考虑麻醉学专业的特点，各专业学生对麻醉学知识的认知匮乏，以及麻醉临床带教难的窘迫现状，开设麻醉学选修课，并应用PBL教学法，将晦涩的麻醉学知识变成充满神秘色彩的医学问题，以提升学习兴趣，提高麻醉学选修课教学效果。

The establishment of optional courses have broadened the breadth and depth of knowledge for university students .It helps students early enter into professional learning .Considering the professional features of anesthesiology and distress status of clinical teaching difficult ,we structured the optional course of anesthesiology with Problem -Based Learning method .Our target is to transform obscure medical problems into obscure knowledge ,which can enhance learning interest of the students and im-prove the anesthesiology optional courses .
