目的:了解临床实习生对直肠指诊的态度和实践现状。方法:通过问卷调查对2012年在我院实习的138名实习生进行调查研究。调查内容包括:对直肠指诊的态度、完成次数、指诊异常结果及影响实践因素。结果:回收129份有效问卷,98%的实习生认为直肠指诊是临床实践必须掌握的技能,直肠指诊完成的中位数是2次,16.2%的实习生没有进行一次直肠指诊,63.8%的实习生触摸到了前列腺,25.0%触摸到了前列腺癌,20.3%触摸到了直肠肿瘤,17.7%触摸到了粪块。52.0%的实习生对自己的指诊结果能够做出自信的判断。影响指诊的最常见的因素是缺乏自信心。结论:带教老师及实习生应该协调一致,努力提高实习生直肠指诊技能和信心。

Objective]To survey and analyze the attitudes of medical students in digital rectal examination (DRE) and their ex-perience of performing DRE during clinical training .[Method] Questionnaire-based survey was carried out among 138 students in the final year of medical school in 2012 .Attitude to DRE ,number of DREs performed ,abnormalities palpated and perceived barriers to performing DRE were analyzed .[Result] 129 students responded .Almost all (98% ) believed that DRE was an es-sential requirement for a medical practitioner .The median number of DREs performed was two ,with 16 .2% of students per-forming none ,63 .8% palpating a prostate ,25% palpating prostate cancer ,20 .3% palpating rectal tumour ,and 17 .7% pal-pating faecal constipation .52% students felt they could give a reasonable or confident opinion based on their DRE findings .The most often cited reason for not performing DREs was the lack of doctor to act as a supervisor .[Conclusion] A concerted effort is needed supervising doctors and students to improve medical students ’ proficiency in performing DRE and confidence about their findings.
