目的：通过调研，明确卫生监督专业人才培养定位，调整专业培养方案。方法：在文献研究的基础上，采用自行设计的问卷对全省21家卫生检测机构进行调查。结果：2014年卫生检测机构对人才的需求主要以本科为主，专科层次也有一定需求，建设项目职业病危害评价、职业危害因素检测、公共场所、水质等现场检测与样品采样为主要工作任务，预防医学和公共卫生基本理论与技能、职业场所危害因素、公共场所卫生的现场检测与样品采样能力为主要知识能力要求，职业卫生与职业医学、环境检测与评价、环境卫生学、卫生法规与标准、卫生毒理学基础为重要课程。结论：尽快提升卫生监督专业学历层次，修订培养方案，完善教学体系。
목적：통과조연，명학위생감독전업인재배양정위，조정전업배양방안。방법：재문헌연구적기출상，채용자행설계적문권대전성21가위생검측궤구진행조사。결과：2014년위생검측궤구대인재적수구주요이본과위주，전과층차야유일정수구，건설항목직업병위해평개、직업위해인소검측、공공장소、수질등현장검측여양품채양위주요공작임무，예방의학화공공위생기본이론여기능、직업장소위해인소、공공장소위생적현장검측여양품채양능력위주요지식능력요구，직업위생여직업의학、배경검측여평개、배경위생학、위생법규여표준、위생독이학기출위중요과정。결론：진쾌제승위생감독전업학력층차，수정배양방안，완선교학체계。
Objective] To lay the foundation for further improve talent training scheme in health supervision major .[Method] On the basis of literature research ,questionnaire method is adopted to investigate the 21 health testing organizations .[ Result] The demand is mainly in undergraduate and there is also demand for college students .The main job tasks in health testing com-pany are occupational hazard evaluation project ,occupational hazards scene detection and sample collection ,sample testing and collection for public places and water ,and so on .The main job knowledge and ability are preventive medicine and public health basic theory ,sampling and testing of hazards in workplace ,occupational hazard evaluation project ,and so on .The main cours-es are occupational health and occupational medicine ,environmental monitoring and evaluation ,environmental health ,health regulations and standards health toxicology , and so on . [Conclusion ] Degree level should be raised as soon as possible for health supervision major .It is important to revise training plan and improve the teaching system .
