随着高等教育大众化的到来，高等医学院校大班授课现象越来越普遍，已引起教师、学校对教学工作的足够重视。通过制定明确的课堂管理规定保证课堂纪律、调动教师参与教学的积极性、加强教学研究及教学团队建设、加强精品课程建设和在线学习网站建设、建立研究生助教制度、建立学生作业互评模式等策略来保证大班授课质量，达到高等医学教育的培养目标。

With the popularization of higher education ,group class is more and more common in higher medical colleges and u-niversities .It should be paid enough attention .Clear rules should be made to ensure classroom discipline .Another measures should be taken to arouse the teaching enthusiasm of teachers ,strengthen teaching reform and team construction ,construction of excellent courses and online learning website ,set up a graduate teaching assistant system ,establish the student work strategies such as mutual mode to ensure the quality of group class ,thus ,to achieve the training objectives of higher medical education .
