随着经济社会的发展及各种思潮的碰撞，高职院校德育工作面临严峻挑战。破解当今高职院校德育困境，实施以生活为中心、以“拓展训练”为实践路径的生活德育应是一种有价值的探索。践行以“拓展训练”为路径的高职院校生活德育，应明确培养目标，形成完整的课程体系，进行教学效果的有效评估等。

With the economic and social development and the collision of various schools of thought, moral education in higher vocational colleges is facing severe challenges. To break the current dilemma, the implementation of life moral education, with the life-centered “extended training” as the practical path, is a valuable exploration.
