旅游孔子学院建构实质是以旅游为契机，有效化解孔子学院发展的桎梏。无论是经济诉求，还是文化展演，都承载了新的表征符号。通过办学模式的突破和创新，破解了“中国威胁论”身份，并从旅游视角赋予了国际社会正面含义的认同途径：由于旅游和文化的高度融合性，决定了旅游孔子学院的主导价值是通过旅游实现中国传统文化的现代化转化及其与世界化融合。要保证旅游孔子学院的可持续发展，必须做到：在实施主体层面，大力推动中外双方共建模式的对接与创新；在实施进程层面，要厘清传播内涵、传播途径及传播机制；在实施保障层面，需要战略思考、组织行为范式及成熟运作。

The establishment of the Tourism Confucius Institute has the potential to promote development based on tourism. Both in the realm of economic demand and cultural manifestation,tourism invariably embodies new symbols of representation. The breakthroughs and innovations made in school-running models help to invalidate the China Threat Theory while the perspec-tive of tourism enables people to view the international community positively.The high degree of accommodation between tourism and culture has allowed the Tourism Confucius Institute’s dominant values to achieve,through tourism,the modernization of tra-ditional Chinese culture as well as its integration into the world.To ensure the sustainable development of the Tourism Confucius Institute,it is necessary that the sponsoring bodies strengthen the innovative links between the patterns of construction in China and abroad.In the implementation process,it is also important to ensure that the dissemination connotations,approaches and mechanisms are clear and rational.Finally,in order to guarantee the successful implementation of the Tourism Confucius Institu-te,it is critical to integrate strategic thinking,organizational behavior and mature operation modes.
