以多花野牡丹( Melastoma.affine)为试验材料,以无菌水为提取剂,通过纸片扩散法对多花野牡丹水提取物进行大肠杆菌的抑菌试验。采用水浴时间、水浴温度、料液比3因素3水平正交试验筛选野牡丹属( Melastoma)植物叶抑菌物质的最佳提取条件,结果表明:提取温度60℃,浸提时间2 h,料液比1∶30为最佳提取条件;并采用最佳提取条件对部分野牡丹属植物叶水提取物的抑菌能力进行比较,结果表明:野牡丹属植物叶的水提取物抑菌能力大小为:毛菍( M.sanguineum )>枝毛野牡丹( M.dendrisetosum )>细叶野牡丹( M.intermedium)>多花野牡丹。

Melastoma affine was used as test material and the aspetic water was as extractant.The antibacterial activity of Melastoma affine leaves to Escherichia coli was studied by disc diffusion method ,An orthogonal test which includes water bath time ,water bath temperature,and ratio of solid to liquid at three different levels was used to determine the optimum extractive condition of antifungal substance of Melastoma leaves.The results showed that the optimum extractive conditions was leaching-temperature 60 ℃,extracting time 2h,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶30.Under the optimum extractive condition ,the antibacterial activity of parts of Melastoma L.leav-es were compared , the result showed the ability of bacteriostatic was M.sanguineum >M.dendrisetosum >M.intermedium >M.affine.
