目的:对国内6个不同产区地黄中梓醇含量进行相关性研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,采用TCM-GIS-Ⅱ进行产地相似度分析。结果:各地地黄中梓醇的含量差别较大。含量最高的为河南武陟产区;其次为河南温县产区,河北安国产区,山东东阿阿胶GAP种植基地;辽宁地黄和山西襄汾产地黄含量均较低;与地黄道地产区生态相似度在90%以上区域主要集中在河南、山东和河北三省交界的平原区。结论:6个主要产区的地黄梓醇含量均符合国家药典规定,但产区间梓醇含量存在明显的差别;梓醇含量与其产区地理环境存在相关性。

Objective:To study and compare the content of Rehmannia from different source regions .Methods:The contents were de-tected by the HPLC .Using TCMGIS-Ⅱto analysis the similarity .Results:There was a big difference in the catalpol content .The highest content from the region of Wuzhi in Henan province .The following regions were Wenxian in Henan province , Anguo in Hebei province , Shandong Dong′e Ejiao GAP planting base .The productions from Liaoning province and Xiangfen in Shanxi province have a low content of catalpol.The ecological similarity to the genuine medicinal material origin more than 90%concentrated in the junction plain region of Henan, Shandong and Hebei provinces .Conclusion:The results indicated that the content of the six source regions all match the stand-ard of the national , but the differences between regions were significant .The similarity analysis of key ecological factors in different re-gions showed that the correlation between the content of catalpol , and source regions of geographical environment .
