Magnoliaceae family plants%carbon fixation%oxygen release
于2012年7-9月,采用Li-6400 XT便携式光合作用测定系统对杭州西湖公园绿地中最常见的6种木兰科植物光合特性及净光合速率的日变化进行测定,对其净同化量、固碳量、释氧量进行比较研究。结果表明:6种木兰科植物,7月的净光合速率均大于9月;7月的固碳释氧能力由大到小依次为广玉兰>二乔玉兰>白玉兰>乐昌含笑>马褂木>含笑;9月的固碳释氧能力由大到小依次为广玉兰>乐昌含笑>马褂木>含笑>二乔玉兰>白玉兰;常绿植物的叶面积指数、单位面积固碳释氧能力、单株固碳释氧量均大于落叶植物。

Li-6400 XT portable photosynthesis system was used to determinate the photosynthetic light-response curves and the di-urnal variations og photosynthetic rate of 6 Magnoliaceae plants which is commonly used in Hangzhou West Lake park green space , and on the carbon fixation and oxygen release of 6 species are compared in July to september ,2012.The results show that:for the 6 species of Magnoliaceae plants the net photosynthetic rate of those in July are higher than that of September ;in July,their ability of carbon fixation and oxygen release ordered from high to low is:Magnolia grandiflora >Magnolia denudata >Magnolia ×soulange-ana>Michelia chapensis>Liriodendron chinensis>Michelia figo;in September ,their ability of carbon fixation and oxygen release or-dered from high to low is Magnolia grandiflora>Michelia chapensis>Liriodendron chinense>Michelia figo>Magnolia ×soulange-ana>Magnolia denudata.The leaf area index ,photosynthetic rate and carbon fixation and oxygren release amount in unit area and carbon fixation and oxygen release amount of whole individual of evergreen plant are higer than those of deciduous plants .
