对于20 mT梁采用预应力钢丝绳-聚合物砂浆加固施工,由于 T梁自身的预拱度,导致钢丝绳和梁底的间距过大,造成聚合物砂浆保护层的厚度超出设计要求;施工期间车辆的正常通行,导致已施加预应力的钢丝绳产生了明显的震动,影响了聚合物砂浆早期强度的形成,破坏了聚合物砂浆与钢丝绳及原混凝土面的粘接效果。对此提出增设压板及夹板的方案,通过现场试验取得了良好的效果,为类似工程施工提供参考。

In this paper,the 20mT beam with prestressed wire and polymer mortar is adopted for the construction,because the T beam camber,lead to clearance of wire rope and the bottom of beam is too large,resulting in the polymer mortar protection layer thickness exceeds the design requirements;the nor-mal traffic during the construction of vehicles,resulting in wire rope has applied prestressing produced ob-vious vibration,influence the formation of early strength of polymer mortar,destruction of the polymer mor-tar and steel wire rope and the original concrete surface bonding effect.This raised the pressure plate and clamping scheme,good results have been achieved through field test,to provide the reference for the simi-lar engineering construction.
