The regions which are bounded on Provinces of Jiangsu , Shandong , He'nan and Anhui , have the same culture background ,the same social customs and habits .Culture affects the shape and expression of dialect ,while the dialects promote the development of regional culture .First of all ,geography and the mode of production ,the lifestyle which are decided by the geographical environment play a vital role on dialects .Secondly ,the development process of history and culture affects the daily expressions of dialects .Finally ,the local customs and folkways are refracted in the dialects ,reflecting the culture personality of rustic ,magnanimous ,frank and generous in these regions .
