高职院校的图书馆是满足学校人才培养、教育教学、学生职业成长等多种需求的基础性的服务机构。运用SWOT、案例分析法，分别从优势、劣势、机遇、威胁四个方面，分析高职院校图书馆的当前的管理环境和管理文化，结合实际情况，提出高职院校图书馆管理优化的四项措施：坚持正确的办馆方向；切实加强图书馆专业人才引进和培养；着重致力于特色馆藏的开发与建设；健全图书馆馆内部管理制度，不断提高服务质量。

College library, as a fundamental service, is supposed to satisfy the needs for talents training, education, teaching and the professional development of vocational students. The paper analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of college library and examines its current management environment and cultures. A case of a polytechnic col-lege is studied and four measures are put forward for the optimization of library management. It suggests keeping the library on the right track, substantially intensifying the introduction and foster of talents, being committed to development and ex-ploration of archiving feature, improving the management system of library and constantly enhancing the service quality.
