In this paper, teaching secretaries in the vocational colleges are the object of the study. Based on the analysis of the nature, characteristics and needs of the teaching secretary ' s work, this paper identifies the incentive factors which can promote the work enthusiasm and improve the work efficiency. It is expected to lay the foundation for the establishment of teaching secretary's incentive mechanism.
