针对密集多通道无机陶瓷膜处理汽车发动机乳化液废水开展了中试试验,并通过工程检验,获知该类废水处理的适宜设计参数为:膜面流速取4-6 m/s,压力控制为0.3 MPa,温度控制在45℃左右;在相应的操作条件下,COD、含油量等均达到了后续污水处理的水质要求,效果明显。
針對密集多通道無機陶瓷膜處理汽車髮動機乳化液廢水開展瞭中試試驗,併通過工程檢驗,穫知該類廢水處理的適宜設計參數為:膜麵流速取4-6 m/s,壓力控製為0.3 MPa,溫度控製在45℃左右;在相應的操作條件下,COD、含油量等均達到瞭後續汙水處理的水質要求,效果明顯。

Intensive multi-channel inorganic ceramic membrane is tested to treat emulsion wastewater of automobile engine , and has passed the engineering inspection .With the Suitable design parameters for this kind of wastewater treatment , namely recircula-tion rate as 4-6 m/s, pressure as 0.3 Mpa, temperature as about 45℃, and under appropriate operating conditions , COD and oil content can reach the quality requirements of following sewage treatment .The effect is obvious .
