在试验条件下,雏鸡通过球虫苗免疫抵抗野外球虫攻击。以病变记分减少率和相对卵囊产量为主要耐药指标,检测免疫前后粪便卵囊对马杜霉素的耐药性。结果表明:经过3个饲养周期的球虫免疫,雏鸡病变记分减少率(RLS)由28.6%升到66.7%,相对卵囊产量(ROP)从63.2%降为3.9%,从完全耐药转为敏感。
在試驗條件下,雛鷄通過毬蟲苗免疫牴抗野外毬蟲攻擊。以病變記分減少率和相對卵囊產量為主要耐藥指標,檢測免疫前後糞便卵囊對馬杜黴素的耐藥性。結果錶明:經過3箇飼養週期的毬蟲免疫,雛鷄病變記分減少率(RLS)由28.6%升到66.7%,相對卵囊產量(ROP)從63.2%降為3.9%,從完全耐藥轉為敏感。
재시험조건하,추계통과구충묘면역저항야외구충공격。이병변기분감소솔화상대란낭산량위주요내약지표,검측면역전후분편란낭대마두매소적내약성。결과표명:경과3개사양주기적구충면역,추계병변기분감소솔(RLS)유28.6%승도66.7%,상대란낭산량(ROP)종63.2%강위3.9%,종완전내약전위민감。
Under the experimental conditions,chicks resisted field coccidiosis attacks through coccidiosis vaccination,and the drug resistances of their fecal oocysts to madumycin before and after the vaccination were determined by using both reduction of lesion scores(RLS)and relative oocyst pro-duction(ROP)as main drug resistance indexes.The results showed that the coccidiosis vaccination for 3 feeding periods could increase the RLS from 28.6% to 66.7% and decrease the ROP from 63.2% to 3.9%,thus completely turning from the drug resistance to the drug sensitivity.
