对半微量凯氏法测定土壤全氮进行不确定度评定,并分析了该方法中不确定度的来源。各来源项的相对标准不确定度显示,在标定盐酸标准溶液、滴定过程和滴定重复3个过程中引入的不确定度程度比较高,这对人员操作能力提出了更高的要求。

The factors affecting the uncertainty for the measurement of total nitrogen in soil by semimicro-kjeldahl method were analyzed and assessed in detail.The results showed that three meas-ured steps may lead to the higher uncertainty of measurement,including hydrochloric acid standard so-lution,titration process and repetitive titration.Therefore,the more experience of experimental skills were required to reduce the determination uncertainties.
