建立了饲料中油脂皂化值的测定方法，并对各种最佳分析条件进行探讨和验证，优化了指示剂、提取剂和称样量等测定条件。试验结果表明，测定结果准确可靠，具有较好的相关性。

A method of determining saponification value of fat an d oil in feeds was established,and the determining conditions such as indicators,extractants and sample weight were investigated,opti-mized and tested.The experimental results showed that the measured values were accurate and reliable and had a good correlation.
