在上海、江苏徐州、山东寿光等地,使用生物农药“使命”水剂进行黄瓜根结线虫(Meloidogyne incog-nita Chitwood)及混合性根病防治试验。结果显示:30 d 时大棚土壤中相对虫口减退率可达75.35%,120 d 时生防效果达70.13%;生物农药“使命”能够显著促进黄瓜生长,增加黄瓜产量17.44%。黄瓜蛋白质、维生素 C、总糖含量等品质检测表明,“使命”处理组的黄瓜品质显著优于对照组。

재상해、강소서주、산동수광등지,사용생물농약“사명”수제진행황과근결선충(Meloidogyne incog-nita Chitwood)급혼합성근병방치시험。결과현시:30 d 시대붕토양중상대충구감퇴솔가체75.35%,120 d 시생방효과체70.13%;생물농약“사명”능구현저촉진황과생장,증가황과산량17.44%。황과단백질、유생소 C、총당함량등품질검측표명,“사명”처리조적황과품질현저우우대조조。
The experiments for biopesticide “Mission”to control root knot nematode(Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood)and mixed root disease of cucumber were carried out in Shanghai,Jiangsu’s Xuzhou and Shandong’s Shouguang.The results showed that the nematode population in the soil of plastic house decreased by up to 75.35% at 30 days after treatment and the control efficiency reached 70.13% at 120 days after treatment;The biopesticide also significantly promoted cucumber growth and increased cucumber yield by 17.44%;The quality analysis in such as protein,vitamin C and total sugar contents indicated that the cucumber under the biopesticide treatment was significantly better than the control cucumber.
