通过宏观检验、化学成分分析和金相分析等方法对接骨钢板断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,由于固定接骨钢板的螺钉强度过低,在使用中发生变形,造成固定孔松动,接骨钢板产生的横向弯曲应力超过疲劳断裂极限,发生早期疲劳断裂。通过改进螺钉制造方法,提高螺钉强度,可大大减少或避免接骨钢板的断裂。
通過宏觀檢驗、化學成分分析和金相分析等方法對接骨鋼闆斷裂原因進行瞭分析。結果錶明,由于固定接骨鋼闆的螺釘彊度過低,在使用中髮生變形,造成固定孔鬆動,接骨鋼闆產生的橫嚮彎麯應力超過疲勞斷裂極限,髮生早期疲勞斷裂。通過改進螺釘製造方法,提高螺釘彊度,可大大減少或避免接骨鋼闆的斷裂。

Cause of bone-jointed plate cracking was analyzed by means of macro-examination, chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination.The results show that fix screw for the bone-jointed plate deforms in service due to excessively low strength,thus resulting in both the screw-fastening hole becoming less close and the bone-jointed plate early cracking under the action of a transverse bending stress exceeding the fatigue limit of the material.The bone-jointed plate cracking may be appreciably restrained or avoided through improving manufacturing process of the fix screw and thus increasing its strength.
