自动扶梯驱动链在使用中断裂。通过宏观断口分析、扫描电镜、光学显微镜、硬度测试等手段分析了该驱动链断裂的原因。结果表明,驱动链的断裂为疲劳断裂,裂纹的萌生与表面残留沟槽等缺陷及与长期服役过程中驱动链表面受到的损伤有关。
自動扶梯驅動鏈在使用中斷裂。通過宏觀斷口分析、掃描電鏡、光學顯微鏡、硬度測試等手段分析瞭該驅動鏈斷裂的原因。結果錶明,驅動鏈的斷裂為疲勞斷裂,裂紋的萌生與錶麵殘留溝槽等缺陷及與長期服役過程中驅動鏈錶麵受到的損傷有關。
자동부제구동련재사용중단렬。통과굉관단구분석、소묘전경、광학현미경、경도측시등수단분석료해구동련단렬적원인。결과표명,구동련적단렬위피로단렬,렬문적맹생여표면잔류구조등결함급여장기복역과정중구동련표면수도적손상유관。
Fracture of an escalator driving chain occurred in service.The cause for the driving chain fracture was analyzed by means of macroscopic fractography,SEM,OM and hardness test.The results show that the fracture of the driving chain is a fatigue fracture,and that the crack initiation is related to the defects present in the driving chain surface,such as residual grooves and damage developed in long-time service.
