材料为SCM435钢的12.9级六角头螺栓服役42 h后发生断裂。为了揭示螺栓断裂的原因,采用光电直读光谱仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜和测氢仪对断裂的螺栓进行了化学成分、宏观和微观等分析。研究结果表明,螺栓断裂是氢致延迟断裂。

The 12.9 grade hex head bolts,made of SCM435 steel,fractured after being installed and laid up for 42 h.The chemical composition analysis,macro-and micro-analysises of the fractured bolt were performed by using photoelectric direct-reading spectrograph,OM,SEM and hydrogen tester to reveal cause of the bolt fracture.The results show that the bolt fracture is a hydrogen-assisted delayed cracking.
