对电冶熔铸钢结硬质合金DGJW30进行了热处理。借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析和X射线衍射等方法研究了DGJW30合金的显微组织。分析了淬火温度对组织、硬度和抗弯强度的影响。结果表明,DGJW30合金淬火态的基体组织为隐晶马氏体,硬质相中既有未溶的碳化钨颗粒又有再结晶的碳化物。随着淬火温度升高至1050℃,DGJW30合金的硬度上升,但淬火温度再高(1100℃)时,将使合金的硬度显著下降,而抗弯强度随着淬火温度的升高而不断升高。
對電冶鎔鑄鋼結硬質閤金DGJW30進行瞭熱處理。藉助光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、能譜分析和X射線衍射等方法研究瞭DGJW30閤金的顯微組織。分析瞭淬火溫度對組織、硬度和抗彎彊度的影響。結果錶明,DGJW30閤金淬火態的基體組織為隱晶馬氏體,硬質相中既有未溶的碳化鎢顆粒又有再結晶的碳化物。隨著淬火溫度升高至1050℃,DGJW30閤金的硬度上升,但淬火溫度再高(1100℃)時,將使閤金的硬度顯著下降,而抗彎彊度隨著淬火溫度的升高而不斷升高。

The electromelted and cast DGJW30 steel-bonded carbide was heat treated and subjected to microstructure survey by means of OM,SEM,EDS,and XRD.The effect of austenitizing temperature on the microstructure,hardness and bending strength of the DGJW30 carbide was investigated.The results show that matrix structure of as-quenched DGJW30 carbide is crypto-crystalline martensite,and that the hard phase contains both the undissolved tungsten carbide and recrystallized carbide.Besides,as the austenitizing temperature rises up to 1050 ℃ hardness of the DGJW30 carbide increases and,however,the quenching from still temperature of 1 100 ℃ will render hardness of the DGJW30 carbide much lower.The bending strength increases progressively with the elevation of the austenitizing temperature up to 1 100 ℃.
