在微观的专业层面，高等职业教育的课程、教师和校企合作要素对学生就业的影响如何？所属院校的特征和地区的经济背景又是如何影响专业的生产效率的？本文以全国制造大类的专业为研究对象，采用随机前沿方法进行实证分析，发现：专任教师的比例等要素会对学生的就业产生积极的影响；不同类型的院校之间的人才培养效率出现了分化；地区的人均 GDP 和产业结构水平对高职的人才培养效率影响显著。

At the micro major level,what are the impacts of higher vocational curricula,teachers and college-enterprise collaboration on student employment? How do colleges’characteristics and re-gions’economic background influence vocational education? Focusing on manufacturing majors,this re-search applies the method of Stochastic Frontier Analysis to examine the production efficiency of higher vocational education in China.The results show that the proportion of full-time teachers and other ele-ments of inputs have positive effects on student employment;the production efficiency is different across different types of colleges;both the GDP per capita and the industrial structure of the region sig-nificantly affect the production efficiency of higher vocational education.
