为适应“十二五”教师培训制度改革,充分发挥进修学校“三教合一”的管理优势,对“三教合一”理念下的教师培训项目化推进机制进行了研究。从“三教合一”培训理念的确立、培训项目的系统开发、培训模式的构建实施、培训评价机制的建立等方面进行了阐述。
為適應“十二五”教師培訓製度改革,充分髮揮進脩學校“三教閤一”的管理優勢,對“三教閤一”理唸下的教師培訓項目化推進機製進行瞭研究。從“三教閤一”培訓理唸的確立、培訓項目的繫統開髮、培訓模式的構建實施、培訓評價機製的建立等方麵進行瞭闡述。
위괄응“십이오”교사배훈제도개혁,충분발휘진수학교“삼교합일”적관리우세,대“삼교합일”이념하적교사배훈항목화추진궤제진행료연구。종“삼교합일”배훈이념적학립、배훈항목적계통개발、배훈모식적구건실시、배훈평개궤제적건립등방면진행료천술。
To adapt to the teachers' training requirement of the 12th Five-year Plan, make the advantage of three-in-one teaching of the teachers' training school, the paper studies the promoting mechanism of teahers' training project from the following aspects: the establishment of the training notion, the systematic development in training projects, the implementation of the project mode and assessment system.
