在孔子看来，先天的人性很相近，他无善无恶，具有平等性。经由后天的“习”，结果却相去甚远。“性相近，习相远”的人性思想对于我们今天仍有理论意义及现实启示。

재공자간래，선천적인성흔상근，타무선무악，구유평등성。경유후천적“습”，결과각상거심원。“성상근，습상원”적인성사상대우아문금천잉유이론의의급현실계시。
Confucius humanity thought contains the analysis and discussion on “nature is the same,learning makes difference”and its sig-nificance of enlightenment.In Confucius view,the innate human nature is neither good nor evil with equality.Through the acquired by learning, the result is a far cry.The human nature thought “nature is the same,learning makes difference”still has the theory significance and practical revelation for us today.
