针对谢一矿B11 b煤层瓦斯含量高,顶板透气性差,煤层结构复杂,瓦斯排放困难的问题,提出采用一种新型的有机材料注浆封孔的措施。根据现场的实际情况和该有机封孔材料的特性,选取了合理的封孔工艺。通过该有机封孔材料封孔,钻场的瓦斯抽采浓度为85.1%,明显高于使用传统水泥封孔的钻场浓度。
針對謝一礦B11 b煤層瓦斯含量高,頂闆透氣性差,煤層結構複雜,瓦斯排放睏難的問題,提齣採用一種新型的有機材料註漿封孔的措施。根據現場的實際情況和該有機封孔材料的特性,選取瞭閤理的封孔工藝。通過該有機封孔材料封孔,鑽場的瓦斯抽採濃度為85.1%,明顯高于使用傳統水泥封孔的鑽場濃度。

In order to solve methane drainage difficult problem induced by high methane content , bad roof permeability and complex coal-seam structure of B11b Coal-seam in Xieyi Colliery , applying new-style organic hole-sealing material was put forward .Rational bore-hole sealing technique was selected on the basis of field condition and organic hole -sealing material characteristic .By applying the organic hole-sealing material , methane drainage concentration of bore-hole field reached 85.1%, which was obviously higher than that of bore-hole sealed with traditional cement .
