为了对里彦煤矿建筑物下的煤炭进行合理地开采,针对该区域两煤层间距小、地面建筑物密集等特点,提出了采用条带开采方法保护地面建筑物并回收部分煤炭资源的方案。首先运用山东科技大学自主研发的“地表移动变形预计计算系统”软件确定里彦煤矿的条带开采的采出率应该小于60%;然后应用威尔逊理论确定出上层煤条带开采关键参数为采40 m留30 m;最后应用数值模拟研究了两层煤条带开采时条带煤柱相互作用的规律,确定下层煤条带开采时应采用与上层煤相同的关键参数。论文分析了上部煤层条带开采对下煤层的应力分布影响,充分考虑了下煤层条带开采前的应力环境,并在此基础上研究了下煤层条带开采工作面的位置的选择及关键参数的确定方法,这是在之前的近距离煤层群条带开采中没有涉及的,对近距离煤层群条带开采设计具有指导作用。

In order to rationally mining coal under buildings in Liyan Colliery , considering the characteristic of closed coal-seams and dense surface buildings , the suggestion of applying strip mining to protecting surface buildings and mining part coal resource was pres -ent.Applying Surface Movement Deformation Prediction Calculation System developed by Shandong University of Science &Technolo -gy, mining ratio of strip mining was determined to be less than 60%.40m mining width and 30m coal-pillar width was determined by Willson theory.Mutual influence rule of two coal-seams'strip coal-pillars was analyzed with numerical simulation and it was obtained that key parameters of under coal-seam mining should be identical with that of upper coal-seam mining.Influence of upper coal-seam mining on stress distribution of under coal-seam mining was analyzed .Considering stress environment before strip mining under coal-seam, strip mining face location selection and key parameters were determined , which was not referred in before closed coal-seam strip mining and provided reference for closed coal-seams strip mining design .
