目的：探讨肱骨近端锁定接骨板( LPHP)治疗肱骨近端NeerⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型骨折的疗效。方法对36例肱骨近端骨折患者经肩关节前侧“7”字形切口入路，采用LPHP固定，部分植入同种异体骨。结果36例均获得随访，时间6~18个月，骨折均愈合。无内固定松动、断裂及肱骨头缺血坏死。根据Neer肩关节评分：优8例，良20例，可8例，优良率78%。结论 LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折固定牢固，并发症较少，疗效较满意。
목적：탐토굉골근단쇄정접골판( LPHP)치료굉골근단NeerⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ형골절적료효。방법대36례굉골근단골절환자경견관절전측“7”자형절구입로，채용LPHP고정，부분식입동충이체골。결과36례균획득수방，시간6~18개월，골절균유합。무내고정송동、단렬급굉골두결혈배사。근거Neer견관절평분：우8례，량20례，가8례，우량솔78%。결론 LPHP치료굉골근단골절고정뢰고，병발증교소，료효교만의。
Objective To explore the efficacy of locking proximal humerus plate ( LPHP) in the treatment of proxi-mal humeral fracture. Methods All patients underwent the anterior shoulder 7-shaped incision, and LPHP was used to treat the 36 cases of proximal humeral fracture, and part of them were implanted bone allograft. Results All pa-tients were followed up for 6~18 months. Fracture healed in all patients. None of the screw loosening, fracture and humeral head necrosis happened. According to Neer classification, the results were excellent in 8 cases, good in 20, and fair in 8. The excellent and good rate was 78%. Conclusions LPHP for treatment of proximal humeral fractures have characteristics of relatively firm, fewer complications, satisfactory curative effect.
