目的：探讨负压封闭引流( VSD)治疗骨折术后早期感染导致内固定装置外露的效果。方法对14例骨折术后早期感染导致内固定外露患者，在保留内固定装置的情况下进行VSD治疗。结果14例均获随访，时间2~52个月。患者创面均完全愈合，内固定装置无松动，全身及局部无感染表现，功能恢复均良好。结论感染等原因导致的术后内固定装置外露应用VSD治疗，可在保留内固定装置的同时愈合创面，取得满意疗效。
목적：탐토부압봉폐인류( VSD)치료골절술후조기감염도치내고정장치외로적효과。방법대14례골절술후조기감염도치내고정외로환자，재보류내고정장치적정황하진행VSD치료。결과14례균획수방，시간2~52개월。환자창면균완전유합，내고정장치무송동，전신급국부무감염표현，공능회복균량호。결론감염등원인도치적술후내고정장치외로응용VSD치료，가재보류내고정장치적동시유합창면，취득만의료효。
Objective To evaluate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD) in the treatment of internal fixation instrument exposure caused by early postoperative infections. Methods 14 patients underwent internal fixation in-strument exposure after early postoperative infections were treated by VSD while the internal fixation devices were re-served. Results All the cases were followed up for 2~52 months and cured. No general or local infection,no inter-nal fixation displacement and the functional recovery were satisfactory. Conclusions Wound healing can be expected by VSD while reserving the implant that exposed after postoperative infections.
