目的：探讨腰椎后路内固定术后感染的治疗及预防措施。方法对6例腰椎后路内固定术后感染患者行清创后一期缝合，观察感染有无复发，术后神经功能恢复情况及内固定有无松动，评价临床效果。结果患者均获随访，时间6~14个月。患者伤口均一期愈合，未发现感染复发；神经功能恢复满意。结论腰椎内固定术后感染早期诊断、早期清创可以获得满意的临床疗效。围手术期对合并疾病的有效治疗可以减少术后感染的发生。
목적：탐토요추후로내고정술후감염적치료급예방조시。방법대6례요추후로내고정술후감염환자행청창후일기봉합，관찰감염유무복발，술후신경공능회복정황급내고정유무송동，평개림상효과。결과환자균획수방，시간6~14개월。환자상구균일기유합，미발현감염복발；신경공능회복만의。결론요추내고정술후감염조기진단、조기청창가이획득만의적림상료효。위수술기대합병질병적유효치료가이감소술후감염적발생。
Objective To study the treatment of the infection after lumbar instrumentation and prevention. Methods Six cases of infection after posterior lumbar instrumentation were treated with debridement and observed the evi-dence of recurrence of infection,neural function recovery,internal fixation loosening. The clinical results were stud-ied. Results Six cases were followed up for 6~14 months. The wounds got healing. The evidence of recurrence of infection was not found, nerve function recovered satisfactorily. Conclusions Early diagnosis and active debride-ment can lead to good results for the infection after posterior lumbar instrumentation. Effevtive treatment of perio-preative period of comorbidities can reduce postoperative infection.
