为增加耕地数量、提升耕地质量、增强耕地生态环境安全,目前我国正大规模推进旱涝保收高标准农田建设。东北黑土区是我国粮食主产区,但针对该地区高标准农田建设区域划定研究报道很少。以该地区粮食生产大县---吉林省公主岭市为例,针对高标准农田建设的实质与内涵,结合研究区实际情况,选择适宜该区域高标准农田建设区域划定的评价指标14个,运用层次分析法与熵权系数法确定指标综合权重,运用逼近理想点法(TOPSIS),对高标准农田建设的适宜区域进行划定。划定结果表明:高度适宜、中等适宜、勉强适宜和不适宜区占评价区域比例分别为17.97%、26.35%、41.31%和14.37%。通过对各区域内的主要限制因素的分析,提出各区域今后建设的重点,以期为今后区域高标准农田建设提供可行的参考依据。

The large-scale construction of high-standard farmland in China has being carried on now in order to increase the quantity and quality of cultivated land and enhance the eco -environmental security .Nev-ertheless ,there are few reports on this in the northeast ( NE) black soil region which is one of the major grain production areas in China .Therefore,a large grain production base ( Gongzhuling County in Jilin Province ) in this study was selected to investigate the suitable areas for high -standard farmland construction by means of TOPSIS method.The evaluation index system of the high-standard farmland was set up by combining essence and connotation of the high-standard farmland construction with the actual situation of the study area .Also,the evaluation index weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ) and entropy coefficient method . The results showed that the proportion of the highly suitable ,medium suitable,barely suitable and unsuitable was 24.50%,31.90%,40.14%and 24.50%respectively.The construction direction of the high-standard farm-land in this area was proposed after analyzing the limiting factors of each area ,which would provide a reference for the high-standard farmland construction in other areas of NE China .
