利用扫描电镜对10种隼形目鸟类体羽的显微结构进行研究,结果表明体羽主要由有钩羽小枝、无钩羽小枝和节状羽小枝构成;羽枝中下部的羽小枝一侧纤毛较长,另一侧纤毛较短或呈节状的现象比较普遍,羽枝端部为节状羽小枝;羽小钩数,纤毛的数量及形态,腹齿数等特征在不同种类间存在差异。独立样本t检验表明用于分析的3个参数在2个物种间至少有1个参数差异显著,说明把以上参数综合起来考虑可为隼形目鸟类物种鉴定或区分提供参考。

A study of the microstructure of contour feather from 10 species of Falconiformes was conducted by scanning electronic microscope .The result showed that contour feather was made up of distal barbule and proximal barbule and nodular barbule ,it was relativity common that the cilia were longer from one side of bar-bule at the medium and bottom of the feather barbs ,the other side of the cilia was shorter or nodular ,nodular at the tip of barbule.There are differences in some characters among 10 species, for example, the number of hooked barbule,the number and form of cilia and the number of ventral tooth ,etc.By independent-sample test, it was found that there were distinct differences between 2 species at least in 1 parameter in the 3 analyzed pa-rameters,which indicated the parameters can be used to supply basis for species identification .
