研究旨在揭示BMPR1A基因在皖西白鹅皮肤组织中的遗传多样性及其在羽绒性状的调控作用。试验选择200只同批孵化出雏的皖西白鹅群体,按常规方法进行饲养管理,PCR-SSCP 检测BMPR1A基因多态性,并根据基因分型结果分别检测千朵重、绒朵长、蓬松度、残脂率、耗氧指数等羽绒品质相关指标以及不同基因型基因表达量。结果表明,扩增的BMPR1A片段Exon 8上检测到1个SNP位点,并产生3种基因型CC、DD和CD型。杂合子CD型表达量显著高于CC和DD型( P<0.05)。 CC型个体残脂率显著高于DD型( P<0.05),取羽1周后CC型个体的再生绒朵数显著低于DD型( P<0.05);杂合CD型个体绒朵长显著高于DD型,DD型显著高于CC型( P<0.05)。 BMPR1A Exon8上基因多态产生的不同基因型可作为羽绒品质的初判依据,为皖西白鹅绒用品系选育提供理论基础。

This study is to reveal the polymorphism in skin and the regulation on feather traits of BMPR1A gene of Wanxi-white goose.BMPR1A is a critical candidate gene to feather formation ,especially to controlling feather quality.Two hundred goslings were selected from hatching and fed with conventional method .The PCR-SSCP method was applied to test the polymorphism of BMPR1A gene.The weight and length ,filling power,fat and oil contents,oxygen number of down and the expression quantity of gene were assayed by PCR -SSCP.The results showed that there were three genotypes in Exon 8 of BMPR1A gene,named CC,CD,DD.The expression of CD genetypes was significantly higher than that of CC and DD (P<0.05),but the down length of DD was significantly higher than that of CC ( P<0.05 ) .The fat and oil contents of CC were significantly higher than those of DD(P<0.05),but its amount of regenerated down 7 days after molting was lower .The down length of CD was higher than that of DD,and that of DD was higher than that of CC (P<0.05).The above results indicate that BMPR1A gene can provide foundation for the strain selection of Wanxi-white goose for feather .
