研究了坡柳皂苷对粘虫生长发育的活性。采用浸渍叶碟法,分别测试了5个质量分数处理对粘虫的生物活性。结果表明:坡柳皂苷对粘虫具有较好的发育抑制,且随浓度的增大而提高。24 h后2000,3000,4000,5000,6000μg/mL坡柳皂苷处理对粘虫4龄幼虫的发育抑制率分别为24.36%、37.81%、49.38%、54.93%、71.30%,48 h后为15.14%、44.91%、58.66%、61.42%、68.74%;上述5种处理24 h后的拒食率分别为8.72%、26.74%、41.53%、55.92%、64.39%,处理48 h后拒食率分别为4.08%、30.18%、57.66%、60.14%、68.03%;13 d后,6000μg/mL处理幼虫的化蛹率为32%,显著低于CK (92%);上述5种处理24 d后蛹的羽化率分别为56%、48%、36%、32%、20%;40 d后上述5种处理卵的孵化率分别为36.74%、23.61%、7.76%、5.57%、5.46%。因此,坡柳皂苷对粘虫幼虫的生长发育、取食、化蛹和蛹的羽化、卵的孵化具有一定程度的抑制效果。

The biological activity of Dodonaea viscosa saponin on the growth and development of Mythimna separate were determined .5 concentrations were tested by leaf dish dip method .The results showed that:Dodonaea viscosa saponin had good inhibition on the development of Mythimna separate and the inhibition in-creased with concentration .The growth inhibition rates of 2 000,3 000,4 000,5 000 and 6 000 μg/mL treat-ments were 24.36%,37.81%,49.38%,54.93%,71.30%respectively in 24 h,15.14%,44.91%,58.66%, 61.42%,68.74%in 48 h;after 24 h,the antifeedant rates of the above 5 treatments were 8.72%,26.74%, 41.53%,55.92%,64.39%respectively and 4.08%,30.18%,57.66%,60.14%,68.03%respectively in 48 h;in 13 d,the pupation inhibition rate of the 6 000 μg/mL treatment was 32%,significantly lower than that of the CK(92%);the eclosion rates of the above 5 treatments were 68%,56%,48%,36%,32%,20%respectively in 24 d;after 40 d,the egg hatching rates of the above 5 treatments were 36.74%,23.61%,7.76%,5.57%,5.46%respectively.Therefore,Dodonaea viscosa saponin has inhibitory effect on the growth ,feeding,pupation,emer-gence and egg hatching of Mythimna separate.
