在对杉木人工林林下植被调查研究的基础上,通过对根瘤菌进行分离与鉴定,筛选出林下固氮植被,以期为杉木人工林林地功能菌菌肥的研究提供技术支持。对植物的根瘤菌进行研究,分离得到7株菌株,用乙炔还原法对根瘤样品进行固氮酶活性测定。其中菌株YG-1和菌株LYX-3的固氮酶活性较高,分别为134.8μmol C2H4/(g· h)和115.6μmol C2H4/(g· h)。通过菌株的生理生化实验及回接实验将菌株YG-1、LYX-3初步鉴定为根瘤菌属。筛选出的具有固氮能力的植物2种,分别是野葛和六月雪。

Based on the research of the diversity of vegetation ,rhizobium samples were isolated and identi-fied to screen the nitrogen-fixing vegetation under Cunninghamia lanceolata Plantation so as to support future development of functional bacteria manure .Through studying the rhizobium samples ,7 strains of YG-1,LYX-3 were obtained and their nitrogenase activity was tested .The result showed that the strains of YG-1 and LYX-3 had higher nitrogenase activity making 134.8 μmol C2 H4/g· h and 115.6 μmol C2 H4/g· h,respectively. They were identified as Rhizobium by preliminary identification and back inoculation experiment .Two nitrogen-fixing plants were screened ,which are Pueraria lobata and Serissafoetida.
