通过对某跨线桥六四梁现浇支架垮塌情况的分析,研究了拼组方案对结构承载能力和稳定性的影响,指出了拼组结构形成几何不变体系的重要性。利用线弹性有限元模型,计算了错误使用六四梁所导致杆件内力增大的程度。基于弹塑性有限元模型,进行了几何非线性和材料非线性分析,得到了钢材屈服强度与支架垮塌时混凝土浇筑长度之间的关系。结果表明,由模型所计算出的理论值与现场实测值吻合良好。进而利用该模型模拟了支架垮塌过程及其破坏形态,探讨了垮塌原因,为避免同类工程问题的发生提供了借鉴。

According to the collapse accident analysis of “64 type”beam cast-in-place support of a flyover, the influence of assembly scheme on the bearing capacity and stability of a structure was studied,and the im-portance for assembling a geometric stability system was pointed out.Using elastic finite element model,the increscent degree of member forces as a result of incorrect use of “64 type”beam was calculated.Based on e-lastic-plastic finite element model,the geometric nonlinear and material nonlinear analysis was carried out,the association between yield strength of steel and the concrete pouring length of support when it collapsed was ob-tained.The results showed the theoretic values by the model were in consistence with test ones.Further more, the collapse process of the support,as well as the failure mode was simulated,and the collapsing reason of support was discussed by using the model.These results may provide reference for avoiding the occurrence of similar engineering problems.
