以100 mm ×100 mm ×100 mm 的混凝土试件为研究对象,研究了引气剂含量对混凝土含气量、坍落度、抗压强度、劈拉强度、渗透性与碳化深度性能的影响。结果表明,当引气剂含量为0%~0.02%时,其添加量和混凝土含气量成正比,混凝土拌合物的坍落度随着引气剂含量的增加而增大;当引气剂含量为0.01%时,混凝土的抗压强度与劈拉强度都有一定程度的增加,继续增加至0.015%以上时,混凝土的抗压强度与劈拉强度逐渐降低;在引气剂含量较低时,可以起到抑制渗水的作用,当含量增加到0.015%后,渗透深度又开始增加;随着引气剂含量的增加,混凝土的防碳化能力逐渐降低。

이100 mm ×100 mm ×100 mm 적혼응토시건위연구대상,연구료인기제함량대혼응토함기량、담락도、항압강도、벽랍강도、삼투성여탄화심도성능적영향。결과표명,당인기제함량위0%~0.02%시,기첨가량화혼응토함기량성정비,혼응토반합물적담락도수착인기제함량적증가이증대;당인기제함량위0.01%시,혼응토적항압강도여벽랍강도도유일정정도적증가,계속증가지0.015%이상시,혼응토적항압강도여벽랍강도축점강저;재인기제함량교저시,가이기도억제삼수적작용,당함량증가도0.015%후,삼투심도우개시증가;수착인기제함량적증가,혼응토적방탄화능력축점강저。
Concrete specimens with the size of 1 00 mm ×1 00 mm ×1 00 mm are used to study the effect of air entraining agent content on air content of concrete,slump,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength, permeability and carbonation depth performance.The results show that,when the air entraining agent content is 0 ~0.02%,the addition quantity is proportion with air content,concrete slump increases with air entraining agent content;when the air entraining agent content is 0.01 %,the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete is increased to a certain degree,continue to increase more than 0.01 5%,the compressive strength of concrete with splitting tensile strength gradually decreased;when the air entraining agent content is low,the seepage effect can be suppressed,when the concentration increased to 0.01 5%,the penetration depth began to increase;and that anti-carbonization ability of concrete reduce gradually with the increase of air entraining agent content.
