采用差示扫描量热(DSC)、热重-微商热重(TG-DTG)分析技术,研究了3,6-二肼基-1,2,4,5-四嗪(DHT)在0.1 MPa 下的热分解性能;选择8种铅铜催化剂,研究了其对 DHT 催化热分解行为的影响。结果表明,DHT 的热分解包含两个过程:第一阶段为主分解过程,主要为四嗪环的开环反应;第二阶段为前阶段分解凝聚相产物的再分解过程。所选铅铜催化剂均可明显降低 DHT 的分解峰温并增加其分解热,铜催化剂比相应的铅催化剂对 DHT分解峰温的降低效果更加显著,铅催化剂比相应的铜催化剂对 DHT 分解热的提高效果更加显著。与单一的铅或铜催化剂相比,铅铜复合催化剂可以进一步降低 DHT 的分解温度并增加分解热。

The thermal decomposition characteristics of 3,6-dihydrazino-1 ,2,4,5-tetrazine(DHT)and the influences of eight kinds of lead/copper compounds on thermal decomposition properties of DHT were investigated by differen-tial scanning calorimeter(DSC)and thermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetry (TG-DTG).The results show that there are two stages in the decomposition process of DHT,the first stage is the main decomposition process which is the ring opening reaction for tetrazine ring,and the second stage is the decomposition for condensed phase products of the first stage.The thermal decomposition peak temperature of DHT is significantly decreased and the exothermic quantity of DHT is increased by mixing DHT with lead compounds or copper compounds.Copper com-pounds have a better effect on decreasing decomposition temperature of DHT than lead compounds,while lead com-pounds have a better effect on increasing exothermic quantity of DHT than copper compounds.Compared with sin-gle lead or copper catalyst,composite catalyst of lead and copper can further reduce the decomposition temperature and increase the exothermic quantity of DHT.
