采用超声波技术,以水为清洗介质,对酸度0.8%~1.4%的 RDX 进行了洗涤脱酸动力学实验,用最小二乘法对实验数据进行了拟合回归。结果表明,在15~35℃、60~80 min 可实现含酸 RDX 的洗除脱酸效果达到98%以上;脱酸过程表现为一级动力学反应,表观活化能为10.87 kJ/mol,指前因子为3.9976 min-1。

Ultrasonic technique was applied into deacidification kinetic experiments of RDX in water.Acidity of RDX was between 0.8% to 1 .4%.The experimental data was fitted by the least square method.The results show that more than 98% deacidification effect can be completed under relative lower temperature (15 -35℃)within relative shorter period (60-80 min).The deacidification processes can be described by first order kinetic model,the activa-tion energy is 10.87 kJ/mol,and the pre-exponential factor is 3.997 6 min-1 .
