基于二维平面轴对称模型,采用有限元软件 ANSYS,对 HMX 基 PBX 在温度冲击载荷作用下的温度场和应力场进行数值计算,为了验证有限元模拟分析的可靠性,对 HMX 基 PBX 药柱进行了温度冲击试验,用热电偶和声发射技术测量药柱表面的温度及热损伤。数值计算结果表明,在降温阶段,药柱侧面中部受到较大轴向拉应力作用而产生热损伤。实验结果与计算结果吻合较好,说明 HMX 基 PBX 热损伤破坏方式为拉应力破坏,抗拉强度可以较好地反映材料的耐热损伤能力。
基于二維平麵軸對稱模型,採用有限元軟件 ANSYS,對 HMX 基 PBX 在溫度遲擊載荷作用下的溫度場和應力場進行數值計算,為瞭驗證有限元模擬分析的可靠性,對 HMX 基 PBX 藥柱進行瞭溫度遲擊試驗,用熱電偶和聲髮射技術測量藥柱錶麵的溫度及熱損傷。數值計算結果錶明,在降溫階段,藥柱側麵中部受到較大軸嚮拉應力作用而產生熱損傷。實驗結果與計算結果吻閤較好,說明 HMX 基 PBX 熱損傷破壞方式為拉應力破壞,抗拉彊度可以較好地反映材料的耐熱損傷能力。

The temperature field and the thermal stress field of HMX based polymer bonded explosive (PBX)during ther-mal impact process was simulated by the finite element software ANSYS based on a two-dimentional axis symmetric model. The experiment of thermal shock was carried out by using thermocouples and acoustic emission technique to measure tem-perature and thermal damage respectively.The calculated results show that thermal stress leads to the thermal damage in cooling stage,and the largest tensile stress takes place in the lateral centre of the cylindrical sample.The experiment results agree well with calculated results,indicating that thermal damage of HMX based PBX is caused by tensile stress,and the tensile strength can reflect the ability of heat shock resistance for HMX based PBX preferably.
