针对潘北矿1131(3)综采工作面煤层角度大、易自燃等特点,为提高钻孔的抽采效果及钻孔综合应用,对顶板走向钻孔的技术参数进行了优化与确定,通过实施钻孔优化和封孔工艺等一系列新措施和新方法后,抽采瓦斯浓度有了很大的提高,工作面后期抽采量达到4.5 m3/min ,钻场抽采总瓦斯浓度达40%~70%,抽采率达65%,增大了钻孔抽采效果,实现了抽采最大化,同时“一孔多用”,为防火保驾护航,实现了煤与瓦斯安全高效回采。
針對潘北礦1131(3)綜採工作麵煤層角度大、易自燃等特點,為提高鑽孔的抽採效果及鑽孔綜閤應用,對頂闆走嚮鑽孔的技術參數進行瞭優化與確定,通過實施鑽孔優化和封孔工藝等一繫列新措施和新方法後,抽採瓦斯濃度有瞭很大的提高,工作麵後期抽採量達到4.5 m3/min ,鑽場抽採總瓦斯濃度達40%~70%,抽採率達65%,增大瞭鑽孔抽採效果,實現瞭抽採最大化,同時“一孔多用”,為防火保駕護航,實現瞭煤與瓦斯安全高效迴採。

According to The large angle and inflammability of coal seam in 1131 (3)fully mechanized coal mining face of Panbei Mine ,in order to improve the extraction effect and the comprehensive applica-tion of borehole ,technical parameters of along -strike roof drills were optimized and determined .A series of new measures and new methods such as the implementation of drilling optimization and sealing technol-ogy have been used ,and gas drainage concentration has been greatly improved ,the working face extraction volume reached 4 .5 m3/min later ,the drill field drainage total gas concentration reached 40 ~ 70 % ,ex-traction rate reached 65 % ,the drainage effect was enhanced and realized extraction maximum .At the same time ,one hole has Multi-Purpose ,and protected fire ,realized the safe and efficient of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas .
