本文论述了国内各钢厂生铁硅的质量分数的控制情况。分析了莱钢炼铁厂生铁硅含量偏高的原因。通过改进震筛组成,提高炉渣二元碱度,抑制Si还原等措施,将生铁含硅降到0.4%以下,成功进行低硅冶炼,取得良好的经济效益。

This paper discusses the control situation of the domestic pig iron silicon content .The cau-ses of high silicon content in pig iron of the ironmaking plant are analyzed .The silicon content of the pig iron is reduced to less than 0.4%, and the success of low silicon smelting is achieved , and, good economic benefits is obtained by adopting some measures , such as improving vibration sieve , increas-ing slag basicity , inhibiting Si reduction and other measures .
