本文利用热压缩法研究了TC18合金的热变形行为,并计算了合金在α+β两相区和β单相区变形激活能,得到了相应的流变应力本构方程。研究结果表明,TC18钛合金在α+β双相区变形时,在较低温度和较高应变速率条件下流变曲线呈现典型的单一峰值的再结晶,并且随变形温度的提高,出现多峰值的再结晶的特征;TC18钛合金在β单相区变形时,流变曲线出现了较长的平缓阶段,而后在较大应变时出现了标志再结晶的峰值应力;经计算得到TC18钛合金β单相区的变形激活能为260.84kJ/mol,α+β双相区的应变激活能336.356 kJ/mol。经过拟合得到了TC18钛合金在α+β双相区和β单相区变形的流变应力本构方程。

The deformation behaviors of TC 18 alloy are studied by Hot compressive method in this pa-per, as well as the deformation active energy in βand α+βphase and flow stress constitutive equa-tions are calculated .The results show that the deformation in α+βphase is at low temperature and high deformation rate shows the recrystallization has characteristics with single peak and increasing temperature results in more than one peaks .The deformation in βphase show a long flat stage fol-lowed by a peak stress which suggests recrystallization .The deformation active energy in βandα+βphase are 260.84 and 336.356kJ/mol, respectively.Finally, flow stress constitutive equations are gotten.
