研究虎眼万年青乙醇提取物体内抗氧化性的作用.利用加热回流提取方法提取虎眼万年青总皂苷,分别以高中低(30、15、7.5 mg/kg)三种不同剂量的虎眼万年青乙醇提取物,对小鼠灌胃给药14 d,并以Vc 和水分别作阳性对照和阴性对照.通过测定小鼠血清和肝组织中的超氧化歧化酶( SOD)和丙二醛( MDA)值来研究虎眼万年青乙醇提取物体内抗氧化活性.结果表明,与阴性对照(蒸馏水)相比,虎眼万年青乙醇提取物能明显提高小鼠血清和肝组织中SOD的活力,降低MDA的含量( P<0.01);与阳性对照Vc相比,高剂量组血清中SOD的活力显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且肝组织中MDA的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05).虎眼万年青乙醇提取物具有较强的体内抗氧化活性.

To study the antioxidant effect of ethanol extract of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait in vivo, total saponins of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait was extracted by heat reflux extraction . ethanol extracts of three different doses (30,15,7.5mg/kg) feed mice for 14 days.Vc solu-tion and water were used as positive control and negative control .Detecting numerical chan-ges of the mice serum, liver tissue of malondialdehyde ( MDA) and super oxide dismutase ( SOD) , experimental data was used to analyze and study the tiger yield of ethanol extracts of antioxidant activity in the body .The results showed that compared with negative control ( dis-tilled water ) , ethanol extract of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait could increase serum and liver tissue SOD, decrease MDA content (P <0.01).Compared with the positive control Vc group, a higher concentration of SOD in serum (P <0.05) and MDA in liver tissue (P <0.05) was detected in high dose group (30 mg/kg) .The results showed that the ethanol ex-tract of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait showed good antioxidant activity .
